On Top of my sewing list is this fabulous knit dress by Yoana Baraschi. This dress is available at Neiman Marcus for $355. I want to make a copy, but still am not sure what color to choose. I want to make it wearable in summer as well as in spring and fall. I think i will choose a color like brown, olive or sand ....

Die ersten beiden Kleider möchte ich unbedingt nähen, die nächsten beiden Kleider gehören mehr zu der Kategorie "schön-wenn-ich-die-Zeit-dafür-finde".
I also want to make this dress: Paola from Burdastyle. I love it. It will be perfect to wear at work as well as for dinner out with friends, shopping, etc.

Zwei Dinge möchte ich unbedingt machen.
There are two things i really want to do for Spring/Summer 2009.

Zum Einen wäre da ein kleid im Missoni-Stil mit dem typischen Zick-Zack-Muster.
Und zum Anderen möchte ich unbedingt ein weißes Häkelkleid machen. Etwas in dem Stil wie dieses Kleid von Erica B. Tja, da muss ich wohl "nur noch" häkeln lernen ....
The first is a Missoni-like dress with the typical Zig-Zag-Pattern.
The second is a chrocheted white dress. Something like the beautiful and talented Erica B. made . I "only" need to learn how to chrochet .....

Das wird also mein erstes Projekt nach der Umzugs-Zwangs-Nähpause. Eine Jacke wie diese hier, Butterick 5332. Der Stoff wird ein goldener-beschichteter Baumwollstoff werden.
This jacket or a jacket in this style will be my first project after my sewing break. The pattern is Butterick 5332. I have a golden cotton fabric here in my stash which i will use for this jacket.

Diese Hose ist perfekt für Sommer-Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Fahrradfahren, etc. Der Stoff ist ein oliv-braun farbener, jeans-ähnlicher Baumwollstoff, den ich in dem Fabrikverkauf
von Hugo Boss in Metzingen gekauft habe. Die Burda-Jacke oben werde ich aus dem gleichen Stoff nähen.
This cargo-pants will be perfect for sporty summer activities like trekking, bicycling, etc. The fabric will be a denim-like cotton fabric in olive-brown that i bought at the fabric factory outlet from Hugo Boss in Metzingen. I will do the BWOF jacket above in the same fabric.

Ebenso auf meiner Liste ist ein Rock, der von diesem unglaublich süßen Kleid von Christian Dior inspiriert ist. Das Kleid oben ist aus der Frühjahr/Sommer Haute Couture Show. Mein Rock wird weniger voluminös werden, aber die Details mit den schwarzen Bändern und den Schleifen
werde ich übernehmen.

@Christina: I really like these dresses. Do you already know what fabric (color) you will use?
@Katja: Ja, ich hab auch ein bißchen Bammel for so einem großen Häkelprojekt. Zumal ich noch überhaupt nicht häkeln kann. Aber wer nicht wagt, der nicht gewinnt ;-)
