Größen:
36-44. Ich habe es in Größe 36 genäht.

Sieht das genähte Kleidungsstück wie auf dem Foto bzw. wie die technische Zeichung aus?
In Anbetracht all meiner Änderungen nur sehr entfernt.

War die Anleitung leicht zu verstehen?
Hmhh ... um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich nicht einmal in die Anleitung geschaut.

Was magst Du besonders bzw. überhaupt nicht an dem Schnittmuster?
Ich habe den Schnitt ausgewählt, weil ich ein Oberteil ohne Trennungsnähte und Abnäher gesucht habe. Das wäre mir zu mühselig geworden, sonst die Streifen genau aufeinander treffen zu lassen.

Verwendeter Stoff:
1m gestreifter Seidenstoff.

Änderungen an dem Schnittmuster oder am Design:
Zunächst einmal habe ich den Schnitt als Top und nicht als Kleid genäht und daher das Ganze einfach auf die entsprechende Länge gekürzt. Außerdem habe ich die Ärmel gerade verlaufen lassen und ebenfalls noch einmal ein gutes Stück gekürzt (allerdings eher aus Stoffmangel).

Würdest du das Schnittmuster nochmals nähen? Würdest Du es anderen empfehlen?
Ja und ja.

Fazit:
Ein schlichter Schnitt, der nach einem besonderen Stoff verlangt. Dann aber ohne Schnörkel auskommt und sehr leicht und schnell zu nähen ist ... es sei denn, man quält sich unnötigerweise mit Streifen und Biesen ;-)

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Regarding all my changes - only a little bit.

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Ummhhh .... to be honest, i didn't looked at the instructions at all.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I've choosen this pattern because i needed something without darts and lots of seams. Because that would have been to much work matching the stripes.

Fabric Used:
1m striped silk.

Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made:
First of all, i made it as a top and not as a dress. Therefore, i've shortened the pattern to the desired length. Furthermore, i've changed the sleeve style from trumpet sleeves into straight shaped sleeves

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes and yes.

Conclusion:
A simple pattern that asks for the right fabric but then works well in its simplicity. It's easy and quick to sew .... if you are not torturing yourself with stripes and thousands of pleats ;-)

... oder die Frage, warum ich mir das Leben selber schwer mache ;-)

Ihr fragt euch bestimmt schon, warum ich so elend lange brauche, um ein einfaches Top zu nähen und dann die Blume drauf zu bügeln .... ja, also ..... damit die Blume besser zur Geltung kommt, habe ich mir überlegt, dass diese auf weißem Grund sein soll. Da ich aber keinen passenden einfarbigen Stoff (genau gleicher Farbton, gleiches Material) habe, muss ich also selber Hand anlegen. Daher habe ich lauter kleine Biesen genäht. Die Vorderseite ist somit an diesen Stellen ohne Streifen (siehe Bilder). Ich finde, das sieht ganz vielversprechend aus ..... ist halt nur viel Arbeit. Nun gut, mühsam ernährt sich das Eichhörnchen :-)

You may ask youself why it takes so much time to sew a simple top and iron a flower onto that top .... so, alright .... i thought the flower would look better if it is applied onto white not onto striped fabric. Since i do not have a matching white fabric (exactly the same color and material), i improvised. I've sewn a lot of pleats. Thus, the right side of the fabric is solid (see pictures). IMO it looks quite promising ... but is a hell lot of work ...... well .... slowly slowly catchee monkee :-)

Endlich sind die ersten Vorboten des Frühlings zu erkennen. Und glaubt man den Modezeitschriften, sollen Streifen dieses Frühjahr total angesagt sein ... ich finde Streifen in Kombination mit großen Blumenapplikationen besonders süß. Und da meine Geldbörse die 755€ für das Top von Marc Jacobs leider nicht erübrigen kann, werde ich die Nadel schwingen.

Finally, it starts looking like there will be a spring after this long and cold winter. And if you believe the various fashion magazines, striped tops are a must-have for this season ..... i like it even more in combination with big flower prints. And since my budget can not effort the 755€ for the top by Marc Jacobs, i will sew one by myself.

Und hier ist mein Stoff: Ein türkis-creme gestreifter Stoff aus 100% Seide. Der Stoff war ein Ebay-Schnäppchen, daher habe ich leider nur genau einen Meter. Die Blume habe ich ebenfalls nach langem Suchen auf Ebay auftreiben können. Sie muss einfach nur auf den Stoff aufgebügelt werden. Als Schnitt werde ich Burda 03-2010-104 als Top abwandeln. Und wenn alles gut geht, habe ich für knappe 10€ und einige Stunden Arbeit ein Marc-Jacobs-inspiriertes Top!

And here is my fabric: a turquoise-creme striped fabric. It's 100% silk and was an Ebay bargain, so i only have 1 meter. The flower is from Ebay as well. I found it after a longer online research. She only needs to be ironed onto the fabric. For the pattern i've choosen BWOF 03-2010-104, but will make it as top instead of a dress. And if everything works out well, i will have a Marc-Jacob-inspired top for about 10€ and a few hours of work!
