Ich bin wohlbehalten aus dem Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee zurückgekehrt ... und schwupps hat die Arbeit mich auch schon wieder übermannt. Die Caban-Jacke ist leider nicht rechtzeitig fertig geworden :-( Gestern bin ich endlich dazu gekommen, ein wenig an ihr weiterzuarbeiten. So sieht das gute Stück also momentan aus:

I'm back from my short trip to the baltic sea ... Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish the Caban jacket in time for the trip :-( Yesterday i've managed to continue my work on it. So this is how it looks right now:
Und hier die Rückenansicht ... ich habe eine Art Schößchen eingebaut, indem ich in der rückwärtigen Mitte eine Kellerfalte eingefügt habe ... außerdem habe ich direkt oberhalb der Kellerfalte zwei Riegel eingefügt:
And here is the back view ... i've added some kind of peplum by inserting a box pleat in the center back ... and i've added two xxx (sorry, don't know the word for this) above the box pleat:

Die Jacke ist ungefüttert, die Nähte habe ich jedoch mit Satin-Schrägband eingefasst, damit das Ganze auch von innen vorzeigbar ist:
The jacket is unlined. But i've used bias binding to make it look good also from the inside:
Bleiben also "nur noch" letzte Handgriffe wie das Säumen von Ärmeln sowie Jackensaum und das Nähen der Knopflöcher und Annähen der Knöpfe. Dann gibt es auch Bilder von der Jacke mit Inhalt ...

There are "only" a few things left to do like handstiching the jacket and sleeve seams, sewing the button wholes and adding the buttons. Then i will post pictures from me wearing the jacket ....
