Darf ich vorstellen...... May I introduce you.....

.....Zoe...Zoe ist nun in etwa 1 Jahr alt und hat das letzte Jahr als UFO in der hintersten Ecke meines Kleiderschrankes verbracht. Zoe war eines meiner ersten Näh-Projekte. Da ich damals noch nicht viel über Abnäher und das Verändern von Schnittmustern wußte, habe ich es frustriert in die Ecke geworfen, als es nicht passte. Nun hat Zoe eine 2. Chance bekommen ;-)

Beschreibung:
Etuiklied mit angesetztem Rock und Kellerfalte.

Größen:
34-44

Sieht das genähte Kleidungsstück wie auf dem Foto bzw. wie die technische Zeichung aus?
Ja.

War die Anleitung leicht zu verstehen?
Ja.

Was magst Du besonder bzw. überhaupt nicht an dem Schnittmuster?
Ich mag insbesondere den unteren Teil des Kleides mit der/den Kellerfalte/n.

Verwendeter Stoff:
Als Stoff habe ich eine Art Flanell verwendet. Das Besondere an dem Stoff ist, dass die Oberseite flanellartig ist, die Unterseite jedoch ganz glatt ist. Dadurch musste das Kleid nicht gefüttert werden.

Änderungen an dem Schnittmuster oder am Design:
Ich habe sowohl vorne als auch hinten Abnäher eingefügt, damit das Kleid körperbetont sitzt. Die ursprüngliche Passform war eher sackartig. Bei dem Rock habe ich statt einer Kellerfalte in der vorderen Mitte zwei Kellerfalten genäht. Außerdem habe ich ein Band (wie nennt man so etwas?) oberhalb des Rockes genäht.

Würdest du das Schnittmuster nochmals nähen? Würdest Du es anderen empfehlen?
Ja und ja. Der Schnitt ist sehr schön und passt auch eigentlich ganz gut. Man muss nur Abnäher einfügen, wenn man es körperbetont tragen möchte.

Fazit:
Ein sehr schönes und leicht zu nähendes Kleid.

At that time i didn't know much about darts and how to fit a garment. So i gave up totally frustrated when Zoe didn't fit me. Now Zoe got a second chance ;-)

Pattern Description:
A jumper with an inverted pleat in the center front.

Sizes:
34-44

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes.

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the inverted pleat/s at the bottom of this dress.

Fabric Used::
I used a kind of flanell fabric. The right side of this fabric is like flanell and the left side is sleek. So i made the dress unlinned.

Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made:
I've added darts either in the front as well as in the back such that the dress is fitted to my body. I also made two inverted pleats in the front instead of one centered inverted pleat. And i've added a belt(?) directly above the skirt.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes and yes. I like this pattern. It's easy to sew. I only needed to add darts for a better fit.

Conclusion:
A nice dress which is easy to sew.
