UFO im Landeanflug

Jaaa ... also ich leide nach wie vor unter einem Zwischen-Jahreszeiten-Motivationstief. Irgendwie wusste ich am Wochenende nicht wohin mit mir .... also habe ich eines meiner UFOs in Angriff genommen. Diesen Mantel habe ich irgendwann während meines weihnachtlichen Näh-Urlaubes begonnen. Warum das Ganze zum UFO geworden ist? Eine unglückliche Verkettung von Zwischenfällen ..... in meinem Elan habe ich losgelegt ... und dann ging mir das Absteppgarn ausgegangen. Und wie es der Zufall so will musste das natürlich während der Feiertage passieren, so dass ich nicht für Ersatz sorgen konnte. Na und dann nahmen die Ereignisse ihren üblichen Lauf. Eine neue Quelle der Inspiration ..... und schwupps, war der Mantel vergessen ..... aber hier ist er auf der Zielgeraden .....

Soooo ..... i'm still suffering under a between-the seasons-lack-of-motivation. So i didn't know what to do during the weekend .... so i've finished one of my UFOs. I've started the coat during my Christmas sewcation. Why this became an UFO? I've started the coat with full motivation and then i ran out of topstitching thread. And according to Murphy's law, this happened during the holidays, such that i couldn't buy new one. And then it went as it always. New inspiration stroke ..... and i was over the coat .... but here it is on the finishing line ......

Jetzt muss nur noch gebügelt werden und der Mantel ist fertig für das Photo-Shooting.

Now it just has to be ironed and it is ready for the final photo shoot.
