(Und was bedeutet Punta de Roma überhaupt? Dazu habe ich auch noch nichts gefunden...)

Liebe Grüße!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07356599497047074827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-758696396745951011.post-9362839268012373812010-12-21T19:48:24.302+01:002010-12-21T19:48:24.302+01:00I LOVE the look of all your sewing plans - you hav...I LOVE the look of all your sewing plans - you have chosen some very nice patterns and beautiful fabrics. Their sizes are shifted up by one size compared to Burda's (Lekala's size 42 was equal to Burda's 40). So, your pattern is probably more of size 38 than of size 40. The skirt pattern I used didn't have seam allowances, so be careful when cutting your fabric (I'd measure the pattern either way).
You can try downgrading the pattern while printing - measure some main areas of the Lekala pattern (waist, hips, breast) and compare it with your measurements (add the ease you'll need for the coat, and then apply the following formula:

P = (your_measurements * 100) / lekala_measurements

Where P is percentage of print scaling you should apply to the original pattern.

Of course, you'd have to test the pattern on muslin first.Ana Stepalicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04938418843936123660noreply@blogger.com
